We are having eggha tonight:
an 'open' vegetable omelette with potatoes, carrots, green beans, brocolli, baby tomatoes, sweetcorn and garden peas. Essentially a way of using up leftovers.

Was making up some stew and onions this morning. Had just set the foodi to sear for 5 minutes before I pressure cooked it and someone came in and knocked it out of head. Doh
So it was burned to bottom of pan lol. Anyway I poured water over and left it to ease it off. Fortunately it lifted well and although the onions and stock were burnt the meat was salvaged after pressurising it. Made fresh stock in another pan and thickened it is with backup bisto.
Tastes fine so a fiver of stew saved... And pan seems fine too
