    A Ribeye in the pot for 2hr at 60c.
    Quite enjoying this firm of cooking. It's set and forget really.
    It also extends fridge life significantly and improves the final product.

    Well done mate. I’ve lost 12 pounds since the New Year - not dieting this time, just making small adjustments to my habits to gradually reduce my weight. Will ramp up in the spring when I can be arsed to get more active.

    Well done Buddy. Aye Diets are a load of Bollox. Thats the best way, small healthy portions, Just watch days carb intake. No Booze either, Was only 14 months ago i was heading for 20 stone.
