    It's so long since I heard any, I can't remember what they sounded like. Funny thing is, I'm fairly sure I owned some, but really can't recall.
    It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

    Aiwa DD turntable A bargain in my eyes , especially if you can barter him/her down a bit .

    I have 2 of these , and this one looks very original and clean !! You can do a lot worse for a DD turntable that looks sexy as well as performs admirably too ,at under £100 - considering the junk being peddaled on there these days !!

    Yup that might be worth a punt for someone Anto.

    I've a soft spot for Akai, they made some great Cassette Decks and a Couple of fine CDPs
    Only TT I've heard from them was a linear jobbie...... mmmmh.

    Thats ok Alan I know Akai made some sublime TT,s ,in fact I always wanted one particular model ,which escapes me now !!! Thats senile !!!
    This model was made by the forerunner to Sony IIRC for Aiwa .
