    Mmmmmm another tasty looking plate of vitals..Not a fan of trout, but I think I could quite easily scoff this plate full as it's off the bone...I do like those wee sweet Chantanay's too..

    This pair are brilliant...sometimes their recipes look complicated, but they're not..and everything they cook is wholesome and delicious, but some of it in moderation...hahaha..

A wee steaky-wakey, done on the Barbie (she was surprisingly accommodating ) with a vegetable kebab, which was also Barbie-fied (consisting of sliced onions, green chillies, courgettes and red peppers), some fried courgette flowers (from our garden) a Tuscan classic, and chippies:
