Don't worry about the shop Getting annoyed!!!!! You've spent nigh on £6k !!!!! If you aren't happy with it, you're perfectly within your rights as a consumer to return it for a replacement. They may give you a refund if they don't feel they can satisfy your requirements. As the fault lies with the factory, it's not their issue. Keep going!!!!!!
