Well, if anybody is interested. The company is Greenford Security: http://www.greenfordsecurity.co.uk/

They do a massive range of security products including some pretty specialised stuff. I've used them for many years.

LIDL are offering a very good tyre inflator on 2nd October as one of their 'specials'. It will only be available in limited quantities for a short period.

I have one of these, bought last time they were offered and it's a great bit of kit. It's the best tyre inflator I've used. Really good quality.

Yes, good chargers, I bought one a couple of years ago. Only trouble with these I believe, and common to a lot of intelligent chargers, is that they won't charge a completely flat battery.

I have a conventional charger bought from Lidl when they first started in this country, that will charge completely flat batteries.

Ive got an old one for that too. Its older than lidl too lol....but yes its a very good charger and tops up my battery well, as i do lots of stop start with lots of electrics being used but not getting charged as i dont go far so it gets charged a lot. Battery is a bit smaller than ideal too. Does the job though. I did about 2000 miles last year lol

2000 miles, wow, so much! I did far less. In fact, when I settle some stuff, I may get rid of the car.

I also have a very old conventional charger, bought in Woolworths over 45 years ago, think it was made by Belling, would have to check.

Also have a Woolworths electric tyre pump / flashlight, bought about 40 years ago.

Both the above still work fine.

My usual battery charger was bought new in about 1973. I have a sixties one too. Both are good reliable bits of kit. They even have a 6v setting .

(there's a little trickle charger knocking about here somewhere. If I can find it, I may connect it to the bike battery periodically over the winter)

Got an old charger somewhere but don't remember last time I had to use it and I don't do that many miles?

Its a big engine to start and everything is electric so uses juice. If i could afford a big battery i would have it but they are really expensive. And a top up now and then is no major thing .car is parked right next to back door or one of sheds that all have power.
