And so we now live with Bruce a slightly elderly STB. He was left tied to a rescue centre gate one night covered in bites. We've had him almost 4 years now, he's got a touch of arthritis and last year he had a crutiate operation which he's recovered from well thankfully. He's a lovely mutt.

He's lovely, and such a great, characterful face. On a different note I had the 2M set up professionally as I just couldn't get it right, it is singing very sweetly now, I've changed the tonearm cable as well and that made a huge improvement.

Yeah he's a character all right, he's not particularly friendly with other dogs (which isn't surprising given where he came from) but hes great with the cat and just a big old softy with people.

Our long-haired ginger tomcat, Emrys, in the garden (with his bushy 'Basil Brush' tail), surveying all he owns.... He'll be five at the end of this month.

I have to take pictures of my new little visitor to the garden through the kitchen window too, she's so scared, runs away if I get anywhere near her.

I have put food out this morning, but no visitor as yet.

Update, just had another look, no cat but birds are eating the dried cat food and milk.

Not seen visitor till just now, been raining most of the day, so I suppose she's been hiding. Fine now, so come for some food and drink:

This is still though the kitchen window. She's not as close as it looks. I don't use the zoom, take ordinary view and crop it. Seems to work better like this.
