I picked up a whole load of classical LPs from my local Cancer Research charity shop yesterday that I'll be selling here on their behalf.

You won't see this one on the lists though! - I'm buying it. -- 1st dibs is the perk I get for my charity efforts.

Bach violin concertos and Haydn Creation (Schopfung) so far. All excellent.
Interesting fortepiano continuo in the Creation.

There's even some opera for Malcolm.

I'll check that out - I recall their recordings were well reviewed 'back in the day' although I've never heard any. (I am in non-operatic mode this weekend with Rachmaninov concerti, Beethoven symphonies, Suzanne Vega and... Jo Stafford!)
