The price is creeping up for Templars - I think they were around £650 new so that is over a grand in today's money.
    Current Lash Up:

    TEAC VRDS 701T > Sony TAE1000ESD > Krell KSA50S > Troels Gravesen Faital 3WC-15.

I like Ruarks. These look nice, decent price too. The seller Steve is a good bloke and excellent to deal with. Bought my big Tannoys from him. Very pleased with those.

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

"You don't have free will. You have the appearance of free will.”

“There's a war out there, old friend. A world war. And it's not about who's got the most bullets. It's about who controls the information. What we see and hear, how we work, what we think... it's all about the information!”

Moth Series 30 monoblocks with matching passive pre-amp. Look in very nice condition. Worth every penny of the £385 asking price. Good trustworthy seller too. These are fine sounding units, they'll be snapped up quickly!

I don't know if anyone on here is interested in cassette but I've just listed this:

    http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...746303&alt=web

Seemed too good to chuck and I've no idea if it's worth anything to list as a classified. I might not even make the starting price for collection!

Tannoy Devon speakers looking a bit crap. What's even worse is the seller's asking price. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tannoy-Dev...YAAOSwB4NWtzFF

Denon PMA-350SE integrated amp with rare optional phono stage. Great sounding bit of kit!

Opening price £55, no bids yet, ends tomorrow. (half tempted myself, but do I need another?)
