    There are several threads here.... if you find the link to the one you need a hoover to use its pretty good. the guy is in Brazilo apparently but the machine is supposedly very good. some of the guys here have one.

    Hmm. The same sort of thoughts have been crossing my (limited ) mind. I've an ancient Lenco L68 with no arm sitting there doing nothing. The motor has good torque. Looks ideal for the job. I've also got a compact 12v vacuum pump spare. Could be suitable ingredients?
    It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
