Seriously, though, you care about the characters in Poseidon Adventure, you don't care about the characters in Deep Impact to the same extent - or not really at all with Tia Leoni's character.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and Ms Martin would not be for me, in hot pants or not. After she left Dynasty I much preferred Emma Samms in the role as Fallon.

Enjoyed that. at worlds end is probably the best of the four films.

....I like Deep impact and agree its way superior to the Willis one. ...... so now The Ghost and Mrs Muir (1947) Gene Tierney and Rex Harrison star opposite each other with George Sanders as a kiddies book writer/ philanderer. Joseph L. Mankiewicz directs this fab film. It has a hauntingly beautiful score as well.

    Can't agree with that Martin.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

The Running Man (1987) Directed by Paul Michael Glaser and starring big Arnie. Not a great film but enjoyable nonetheless

Finishing off the night with a late, late night viewing of Carry on again doctor made in 69 I think and is one of my favorites. Jim Dale was very talented and did all his own stunts. I remember he got hurt a few times making this but soldiered on as Dr Nookey
We also have the delights of a semi naked Babs...
