Sure, Dave. Trouble is, how do you differentiate between someone simply offloading their unwanted laptops (and incidentally, I’m not saying that’s what James was doing), which were never part of a hi-fi system, and someone who’s selling a bonafide ‘source component’?
The former, I will not entertain in any shape or form, so how do we prevent that from happening? The last thing I want the classifieds section full of is folks unwanted computer paraphernalia!

Perhaps the answer is to create a dedicated computer audio section (rather than the 'catch all' digital section which currently exists) where members can discuss and perhaps sell computer equipment. Obviously there should to be rules & regs governing this, however it would be almost impossible to police the purpose of any sale, including those in the existing classifieds section.
