    Default Beresford Caiman Mk I

Many thanks to Nigel (vinylspinner) for the prompt despatch of his Caiman Mk I DAC. Absolutely just what the doctor ordered, great price, and playing merrily away in the background.

    Cheers

I like everything really. From the britpop bands like UB40 right back to classic rock, like Wings. They're only the band the Beatles could have been.

Thanks to Geoff (walpurgis) for the DIP. Well packaged and quickly delivered. A very great pleasure to talk to, lots of advice and all that.
The DIP sounds great - adding detail and an extra layer of loveliness to my humble system. Thanks

Glad you're pleased with it Peter. Did you try it with the cable I sent?
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

    Yes, that's in, too.
I might use it with my DAT player at some point just to hear what it does without a possibly inferior cable in front of it.
    Sounds great.

What about scoundrels of the selling variety? Should naming shaming and a warning to others occur?

I don't recall anybody being denounced as a rogue seller.

I'm not sure having negative comment would be good. It could leave the forum open to possible liability. There'd be no way of ensuring condemnation of sellers was true or accurate.

Mmmmm, interesting. Is there a section for feedback for less than edifying experiences?
