Default 12V for TC-7520 Caiman+ with Gator upgrade?

Two days ago I bought a Beresford TC-7520 (SE?) Caiman+ with Gator-Upgrade on Ebay.

On internet I see pictures of the backsite which said '12V~15V DC Max 500 mAh min'. Does this mean this unit can also be powered with an 12V power supply (I own a Squeeze upgrade)? Or isn't this wise? I suppose the standard supply is 15V?

Another question: yesterday I get an offer to buy a Bushmaster MK II (TC-7533, not modified) for little less then I paid for the modified 7520. I think this 7520 is the better deal, do you agree?

    Hi

How much do you want for the Bushmaster II? I'd be very interested.

    Regards

    Hi

I have a Gatorised Caiman+ with upgraded opp amps. I have just bought an Asynch-1, so don't need a USB input any more. Just thought the Bushmaster II is newer and would therefore be an upgrade.

What voltage does it state on the back of the Bushmaster II?

    Regards

    Darren

    Good to know!

Anyone who knows the answer to my first question: On internet I see pictures of the backsite which said '12V~15V DC Max 500 mAh min'. Does this mean this unit can also be powered with an 12V power supply? Or isn't this wise?

    Hi

I've tried my Gatorized Caiman with the 12v Squeeze I recently got from eBay, and it worked fine. So anything between 12 and 15 volts is suitable.

    Regards

    Darren
