    Default Hey there fellow Audiophiles

    Hi everyone,

    Here's a breakdown of my aging yet still awesome sounding system;

    Densen Beat B400 CD Player
    Rotel RA-972 Integrated Amp (used as Pre-amp)
    Rotel RB-990BX Power Amp
    Quad Silver Reference Interconnects
    Bi-wired with Naim NAC A5 speaker cable
    PMC FB1 Floorstanders

    The results is a very attacking & accurate sound, great for progressive rock and electronic music. Phenomenal Bass with the Rotel Power Amp taking the PMCs by the balls. Some classical music lacks the warmth required but I don't listen to that stuff too often...

    I also have an ancient but solid Cambridge Audio CD3M and DAC3 boxed in the attic if anyone is interested in taking them off my hands.

    Thanks Geoff, and yes we are not far away!

    My local Hi-Fi shop is Infidelity in Hampton Wick just by Kingston Bridge, their motto is "Indecently Good Hi-Fi" and well worth a visit.
