WTB : XLR Male to RCA Phono Socket converter pair

I am looking for two converters to connect RCA phono cables into a balanced amp (Krell) they should have pin 2 as the hot and pins 1 & 3 linked internally.

I am after a quality plug Cardas or similar

Similar to this but better quality

I have a pair of cardas. Never used. You'll have to figure out the pins in yr own though!
