IIRC they changed the styling in the early 90's. Your terminals are for use with Nytech active crossovers but mine have the now standard biwire/biamp terminals.How come yours look different to mine?.....apart from the fact that yours are in better condition?....I mean the inputs...

Yes - Thought you had - but still need to gloat as much as possible. I might part with the arm, since I have another (albeit scruffier and in need of rewiring) and would only really need it to play with very compliant cartridges, since I am otherwise happy with the funks. I shall call on Geoff for endorsement if I offer it in private exhibitions. Although I haven't yet heard one, I will be surprised if the deck itself is that shabby. Its basically an LP12 with a better sub-chassis (same weight of platter and material, same motor, broadly same suspension) and 2 speeds. Not sure about the dodgy brown nextel if I were putting it in my living room, but there's no accounting for taste...
