I'm off to watch The Shining. Taped it earlier. I like Kubrik's films but never understood why everyone rates this one so much. Maybe another watch will reveal all.

Off now to watch the F1 in India
I saw Enders Game on Friday - enjoyed it. Not perfect, a bit weak in places but overall a 7.5 out of 10. I haven't read the book - yet - but, I have read that it follows it fairly closely, but does omit some aspects, Ender's family history only gets a fairly shallow treatment and a few other aspects have been changed. Very much an anti war film where humanity doesn't come across that well, we are not entirely the good guys in this story.
So its worth going to see in my view.

I've read the book and hope that the film does it justice.
If you haven't seen 'Drag Me To Hell' and like good horror films, it's on 5 Star in half an hour (at 9pm).
Well worth a watch if you like that sort of thing. It's a class act of it's kind and if you've not seen it, it'll have you doing a double take here and there. I'm an old cynic and not easily impressed, but I thought this was pretty good and it has some properly squirmy scenes.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
