FINALLY...
got around to watching Game of Thrones.
Gave it the standard "20 minute test" and it drew me in.
Making my way through the first Season.
Not really a big sword 'n sandals guy (John Milius's Conan aside) so happy with it being HBO its all about the drama.
Great characters, good story, well acted.
Glad I took a punt on it.
Next up...Justified, or maybe Arrow?

Just watched the first episode of The Tunnel tonight. As I guessed, it's a remake of The Bridge. While not at all bad so far, it doesn't have the style of the Scandinavian original nor such charismatic lead actors. We shall see, but if you haven't seen The Bridge I strongly recommend it as an outstanding multi-part thriller.
