Guys, I need a single (or pair) of Celestion HF2000 tweeter grill for my Gale refurb project. If anyone come across one or a pair of these small round 'pepperpot' grills, please will you give me a shout?
Only place I know of... Could be worth asking the price for one ? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rogers-Chart...item41726610c8

Thanks, James, but I've already looked at those. They're for the T27 and the ruler in the shot shows them to be about an inch in dome diameter. That's not wide enough to clear the HF2000 suspension.

Is that so ? Blimey, I always thought they were originally taken from the HF2000 to use on the T27... I guess they actually just took the idea unless those on eBay arent the same as the originals ?

Are you sure? I seem to recall the T27 and the HF2000 both having similar sized dome/surround widths. I believe the dome sizes were 19mm.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Any good though ? They share DNA with Ditton 66 by the look of it.

I've heard these. Very potent speakers and quite like the Ditton 66 in character. Hardly surprising as the drivers are similar apart from the 10" width of the bass and ABR. All from Celestion.
