JBL L100 Century speakers in nice condition. These are very tight and punchy high quality speakers, they were often used as monitors in recording studios. The sound is not neutral, but very detailed. Only bid up to £181 so far, could be a bargain. In Essex.

It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

In a word: disappointing... In every way - OK that was more than one word but you get the idea. Don't bother unless you enjoy replacing nearly every passive component in an amplifier just to find out it sounds pants

Never seen one of these before but it looks very retro 70's.

Yes, I spotted that when I was doing my usual eBay trawl. It looks really good!

I was hoping these may have gone under the radar with no mention of WE in the desription and I could have picked them up for circa £2-3k.

    No such luck though.

Given that these can go for twice the winning bid, someone got themselves a bargain.

    This is pretty rare: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Thorens-EM...30956334930%26

The EMT association will cause it go for far more than it's worth.
