I bought a Systemdek turntable from Mike (Datawireless) he was very pleasant to communicate with, amenable and helpful about co-ordinating pick up (by a mate of mine) and the deck was well packed. Thank you Mike.

My thanks to Nigel (vinylspinner) for buying my Alphason deck.

Thanks are also due to Gary (Gazjam) and Ali Tait (wot's his real name then, I wonder?) for collecting the deck from mine on the way down to Owston. A pleasure to meet you both. I hope you are having fun!

Anyway, always good to meet forum members in person.

    Cheers

Thanks to Ron, REW for buying my DL4s... Hope they work out well in your second system.

Sorry the place was a bit disorganized while we're getting some jobs done, when I'm sorted again you'll be welcome to pop by for a listen to the main system.
One of these days... I'm going to cut you into little pieces.

I sold my EAR 509 monoblocks to Jason (Figlet108) and full marks to him re lightning fast payment, great understanding and patience when UPS missed the collection and he had to wait nearly a week for the delivery. Been a pleasure dealing with you Jason. Thanks.

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

"You don't have free will. You have the appearance of free will.”

“There's a war out there, old friend. A world war. And it's not about who's got the most bullets. It's about who controls the information. What we see and hear, how we work, what we think... it's all about the information!”
