When I heard them they did the 'horny' things very well - knockout dynamics and microdynamics. However, I can think of better speakers to drop 6.5k on.

It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Superb and very rare Radford Monitor 180 speakers. In Hertford. These are incredibly scarce and sound amazing. A bargain at the £250 opening price.

They use a 10" bass driver similar to the Goodmans Goodwood unit, two 3" Goodmans mid cones firing at 90 degrees to each other and two 3/4" soft domes in the same plane. All high quality units.

Yep, I imagine the insides are pretty gummed up after he finished with it. Do you think he "used" the speaker terminals or one of the line inputs?

i think this model is the little big horn ,, hand built by jim carfrae in his workshops near totnes devon ,, i seem to recall the price tag at £12k when they made their debut in around 1998 , i dont think the company is in existence an longer ,, i hired a van to jim carfrae to transport the first pair of these produced, when they made their debut at i think it was birmingham nec,
