Only one IDP1 ever made and Paul Quick has it (Quickie)
ID50 and 75 later models are P-P early ones ID50 were SECA and so is the ID25.
Later version were made under TOCA this has now moved on to the TQ SECA
The very first of this family were 12W (cica 1977 it looked like a Albarry Amp) Mono and made for Martin Columns and a later one was reviewed by " FLAT EARTH " Chris Frankland then a 50W was made by Elsdon-Wonfor Ltd of "Dreadnought" studio amps fame. The biggest was 300W SECA at 180KGs for a MONO and it consumed 1.8KW. A heater for music lovers.
All were DC coupled and used FET's in the output stage, but then only low power and poor SOA devices were available. Now we have nice big monsters and made from SiC not just Si much better.
