    I need more big speakers like I need a hole in the head, but these aren't far away from me and are calling me very loudly...

    They look nice and are of a good vintage... I'd snaffle 'em. What difference will one more pair of shpeeks make, nestling at Smith towers! How many pairs of shoes does yer missus have?

    Preamps: Heavily-modified Croft Charisma-X. Power Amps: Tube Distinctions Copper Amp, fitted with Tungsol KT-150s. Quad 306.

    Cables & Sundries: Mark Grant HDX1 interconnects and digital coaxial cable, plus Mark Grant 6mm UP-LCOFC Van Damme speaker cable. MCRU 'Ultimate' mains leads. Lehmann clone headphone amp with vintage Koss PRO-4AAA headphones.

    Tube Distinctions digital noise filter. VPI HW16.5 record cleaning machine.

    Speakers: Tannoy 15MGs in Lockwood cabinets with modified crossovers. 1967 Celestion Ditton 15.

    They look in great condition

    I'm just happy (so far ) that nobody appears to have noticed the speakers that I'm watching on ebay, if they have then they are going to do what I normally do & bid right near the end of the listing

    But we'll see

    For obvious reasons I won't be saying what they are or linking to them as they are being given away at the starting bid & there isn't one so far
