Yeah, I would say it does, it's not 'in yer face' like the Lyra. And is it musical?I think so; but I think it's the whole sum of my system which makes it so. The trouble with us audiothingies is we are never quite satisfied with what we have, are we! So we keep looking for something that we think is there but we don't know where it is; if you get my drift. If you like the sound of your system then you are doing well.John,sorry to bang on a bit, l have an SME V, l maybe put on my second 1200, l did it before using a Helikon, the sound was amazing, but not very musical compared to my stock 1200 using the Helikon in the Sumiko headshell, so does the 2M Black address this?

Yes not bad thanks Marco, l like what it does, bit more control, refinement- and it looks cool, a worthwhile tweak in my mind, l brought a Bren 1 record weight earlier in the month and l like what that does as well
