Default Removal of the Pitch Control fom Technics 1210

    Hi Guys!

I'm trying to get rid of as much of the internal wiring in the 1210. I never ever use the pitch control so I want to get rid of it!! I've got rid of the strobe light because I have an external power supply and a mike new platter so it's pretty pointless. So, do any of you have any ideas of how to get rid of it. My ultimate goal is to refill the holes in the platter and then respray metallic black!!

If you can't find it, the info is on www.12x0.de somewhere...
From memory you just unplug it and connect the left and right pins on the socket for the pitch control on the main board together... It's very simple, but I'm not sure if that exactly right ... I'd find it on 12x0 for you my self but I'm tired and have flu and it's mostly in german
