Both are Streamers/R2R Dac/Pre Amp/Headphone Amp in one box and available in Black or Silver.
They are fully balanced circuits and have linear power supplies, dual supplies in the Shanling.

Similar features and nearly a grand difference in price.
Very decent sound from either of them, if early reviews can be believed.
I just wish they would stop trying to make one box does all products. I have a pre Amp, a Streaming DAC is all I would want and that combination seems the most sensible/logical. Separate DAC/Streamers belong in the high end in my opinion and the size of the circuit boards means a full width Streamer/DAC with separate PCB's and power supplies is easily achievable.
