Not any more - I recently gave my blu ray player to Anita's dad so be could play his CDs and DVDs through his telly. No big deal, I hadn't used it in donkeys, I'd already given my meagre blu ray collection to Grant.

I could always "borrow back" a budget CD player I'd given to a mate couple of years ago (I need to stop giving shit to him, he never uses them ), but I can't be arsed.

No hardship really, except for the accelerated wear on my cartridge

Anyway, this next. Peter Gabriel - So (1986)

Phoned Richer Sounds this morning, see if they could fix the CD player, as I'd bought it off them. After me describing what it's doing, their repair guy said it will be fixable. So I'll be taking it in Monday.

I'm gonna try and flog the Densen on Ebay as "spares or repair" (auction bids), let it be someone else's problem.

Damn. Put this in the wrong thread. It's going to be one of those days.

From the '70s. I think they only did two or maybe three albums but lots of subsequent bands cite them as an influence.
