I'm sure she is, and long may that continue. I suppose my question is: do the above mentioned foods provide 'complete' protein (traditionally coming from animal sources)? I suspect they don't. Or are my thoughts on this outdated? And I'm directing the question to Del, I think as a non-vegetarian you're probably as clueless as me, no offence like
As long as Del isn't having the same meals as you, but with the meat/fish removed, because that wouldn't be good enough.
