In general North Indian curries are much milder and less 'fiery' than their southern counterparts. Much more to my taste.

Yes, Kashmiri pulao, without fruit. Lots of ingredients in this curry, which all combined beautifully. Not too hot unless you ate a fresh chilli! Largely sweet and sour flavours
