I can just about tolerate a tablespoon of fully skimmed, ice cold milk on cereals but that's it.

So only the most enshitified version of anti-milk will do.

That might be a double neg, but hopefully it's understood.

I dunno.

Got to be full fat. The milkman left me semi skim one time. I called them up and they say 'Oh well we do that if we run out of full fat.

Told them no chance, refund the money and next time don't leave me anything if you don't have any proper milk left.

I used to love my creamy full fat milk until having an operation on my brain to remove a blood clot after a stroke after a blood clot moving from a partially restricted aorta.

Good morning everyone.

My breakfast today is a cup of coffee made in a mocca pot using Arabica coffee from Cameroon. I drink it 'brown', that is with a splash of milk. I'm also enjoying a bowl of muesli with added mixed nuts and some raspberries.

The milk used for both is semi-skimmed milk from cows that are pasture fed as much as possible, and bought from my local supermarket.

Now that the bread and milk police have had their say, here is something I knocked up this evening:

Whole wheat penne with tuna in a tomato and basil sauce, broccoli, green beans, and sweetcorn niblets.

May not look much, but it was tasty.

I am trying to stay on a low fat diet + blood thinners. Using almond “milk” instead. Locally (Australia) made with locally grown almonds. It’s not too bad.
