It is rather folky, but I don't mind that. 'Singer songwriter' stuff, I'd lump it in with Paul Simon, Carol King, James Taylor. All very listenable. I'll be moving things up a gear with my next car boot acquisition

You do, and I hear 100 different ideas about what I should 'upgrade' it to, but for me the visual and tactile pleasure this classic gives me far outweighs any sonic improvement I may or may not be able to discern with my old lugs.
End stops are wooden dowel on a double ended screw, painted wall colour...
