Default David Price on Ken Ishiwata / Marantz

Why is David Price so James May?

    Anyway, great video.

I spoke to Ken a few times, simply because we both smoked and went to hi-fi shows. No more than that, really.

I liked him because he owned Apogee Scintillas.

    And B&W Nautilus.

    Two cool speakers.

Locations we met were Munich and Silverstone.

Sliverstone made me aware he had a pair of Scintillas and was currently using Nautilus.

Just a good guy, really. No pretension - just normal chat.

That component thing David talks about is so true.

But a valve/tube amp and get interested in swapping components and you'll understand.

I find David Price a bit humourless, whereas James May can be very funny
