    Traditional Japanese percussion. It may look like ambient "elevator" music, or some sort of chillout disc, but it's not - quite the opposite in fact.

    I read somewhere that Steely Dan shared your opinion of it. Great album though, I think I'll play it tomorrow.

    I think it's a grower, only about the third or fourth time I've played it. Much to my embarrassment, I only realised at the start of track 2 that I was actually playing it at 45rpm So what do you think of his debut solo? I've never heard it.
