They were all my favourite bands; I really did love em all and, to pick a favourite, really would be difficult. I'd have to say Duran Duran, Ultravox, The Human League, Soft Cell and Depeche Mode would be right at the top end of the list. Also, Flock Of Seaguls and Heaven 17 (Penthouse & Pavement is a great album). Oh, and not forgetting ABC (the first album is soooooo good and also Alphabet City).They were known in the US as 'haircut bands'Another fan here though, Soft cell my fave, along with Depeche Mode.
It isn't necessarily about doing things right, its also about doing the right thing !!!
