The record cover is intended to depict the Annunciation - so the central figure is the Virgin Mary, the conga riding angel is Gabriel (I believe angels are supposed to be sexless, regardless of their order) and the dove is the Holy Ghost. Information concerning the cover artwork is printed on the back of the cover.It is indeed a classic, but these days I only have it on CD. Which is fine, but I'd like to have it on vinyl, as the sleeve art is so good. Even though Barry pointed out to me that the bird riding a conga is actually a bloke
It is, IMO, one of the classic record covers ever, fitting for one of the best and classic records.

I see on Amazon there are two versions of this - a 1 disc album, and an "Amazon exclusive" half speed master 2 LP set, same number of tracks. Described as "180g black bio vinyl". Not sure what bio vinyl is, maybe it's plant-based. Like Quorn sausages.

Yes, this is the 2 LP half speed master version. I'm not sure it's available exclusively from Amazon though. Mine was from Polydor and Recordstore also have it, for instance.
