    Default Philips CDR770 plus Remote

I am slimming my collection of Hi-Fi and a little PA equipment. I have CD players, Speakers, Amplifiers and Tuners (FM as well as DAB) for sale. None of it is super high end but let's start the ball rolling with:

PHILIPS Audio recordable/rewritable CD player/recorder model CDR770 including a working remote control. This CD player will record from analogue or digital source and is in working but used condition. There is a small dent on the top cover on the right side and it generally shows signs of use, nothing drastic and mostly hidden when in the rack. All works as it should. A good player from the inventors of the Red Book. £45 plus £15 post.

Have I got the price wrong or should I advertise it on a lower level forum - any suggestions?

I think the asking price to be about right.

I ran an independent record store in Southampton for a while - Essential Music on East Street - and we had two of the standard, non-record version of this model sat on each end of the counter with headphones attached (Senn's) and if anyone wanted to try before buying, we'd pop the disc in for them.
Sometimes we'd give them a stool and an ashtray and they'd be there a while .. maybe a coffee if they were regulars.

They never missed a beat and I always smile when I see one of them.
    Really solid and dependable player.
