    i did a 3 or was it 5 day dangerous goods licence... it was tiresome, even tho the guy tried to keep it as non dreary as possible. firefighting and cpr were 2 of the things i remember having to do. numerous multi answer papers etc...

    swore i was not redoing it or any others...

    I've done a couple of half day courses, for installing EPDM roofs, and safe working at heights. On both courses there was one bloke who knew more about it than everyone else constantly interrupting the tutor. Just made the course take even longer, and he wasn't dissuaded by the looks of pure hatred from the rest of us.

    There is always one, and we had one. A giant of a man who worked in a warehouse and had a seemingly endless supply of dull anecdotes.

    He was still going on ten minutes after the course finished (yes even though it was four hours with just one five minute break, it still over-ran).

    I just got up and left, for all I know he's still sat there going on.
