Eggs are a literal wonder food aren't they? I love em any ways, scrambled probably fave. And with the addition of fresh air they make souffles and meringues too! I eat them most days for breakfast, and then I may have a quiche later on, so some days 4 eggs!! I don't believe they raise cholesterol, not bad chol anyway. Oh I forgot, creme brulee!

One of my favourites, along with cheese, chicken, fish and fruit. Not necessarily together though .

decided to take a years energy supply price deal with my current supplier. its a bit less than current cost so hoping it will protect me from any potential large rise, as ive a feeling it might be a cold winter in europe.. anyway its not likely to cost me too much if they go down according to best forcast

Got the telly on CBS Reality (for some reason), the commercials were just on for so long, I forgot what programme I'd been watching!

Same as UK Gold. Even when the ads finally finish there's another couple of minutes of trailers to sit through.

Only thing I watch live is the footie everything else I tape and fast forward through the pap.

Like a lot of channels these days - the programmes are there to give you something to look at while waiting for the next batch of adverts.

Sky are the worst - three quarters of their ads are for their own products: Sky Go, Sky Glass, Sky Cinema, Sky Mobile, Sky Smart Insurance. We get round it all by recording stuff and skipping through the ads.

I often watch Sky Art, but don't find the ad breaks too intrusive - I take the opportunity to make a cup of coffee.

If your paying for it they shouldn't be running ads too imo. Amazon run their own ads on their free content.

Even blurays etc often have about 20mins of what else you can buy which imo is outrageous.
