Why do so many people now insert an 'H' sound into words starting with consonants. I hear it a lot lately, words like 'cannot' for instance, pronounced "c/hannot" and 'totally' is now "t/hotally". It's a weird way to speak.
Listen to Beth Rigby (if you must) and you'll see what I mean.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Drives me nuts, dropped G's, glottal stops instead of T's ffs.

Another verbal mannerism I find grating is unnecessary insertion of "like": as in "I was like ...".
Oh, and starting every spoken sentence with "So".
