There OK, not up to your level but not too bad. I would like one of those Sage machines though - they look the biz! As you probably might remember I did a lot of work for Costa and had two Costa coffee machines to use at work but now retired I am back to my Nespresso machine.Originally Posted by struth

For sure, I am actually looking at the Sage Barista touch as they have a sale on at the moment and that machine would suit my needs. The automatic microfoam milk frother is actually the killer feature as I could never produce microfoam that easily.another plus to this machine is you dont need to buy any expensive addons

steaming milk is easy once you get the knack; using right milk helps too as does the temp of it and the pot its in, but until you get said knack it can put you off. looks a diferent wand, and maybe no temp adjustment as i dont see a pir on end. sure itll work tho. still got to tamp it too and imo thats the biggest thing folk get wrong.
