Beyond my fettling skills but the Garrard 4hf deck might be worth a play for someone in the Bristol area.

    Is he having a giraffe?

Never been played. Don't touch it. Don't even look at it. But do feel free to go at it with a rusty nail.

To be fair looking at the damage it might be true. But he should also mention that his kids have been using it as a frisbee.

Nice looking pair of KEF Corelli speakers in Staffordshire at a sensible starting price.

You'd be wise to establish that they have the correct SP1063 (I think) version of the B200 bass/mid driver as it's not unheard of for the SP1014 from the KEF Chorale to be substituted as a replacement.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

And if the record could speak, it would say "Oh no, not the rusty nail again".

His feedback shows a full 5/5 for accurate descriptions too. I wanted to send him a message along the lines of "WTF? If that bloody abortion sells I'll show my arse in Woollies shop window", but I'm not sure if that would adversely affect my feedback rating.
