Came home earlier to see where a chunk of this week's wage has gone, in all its multi-colour flashing lights glory. And the big plant atop my REL sub has been replaced by a super tall super slim tree. As long as Mrs. P doesn't dress it with chocolate decorations, causing granddaughter to climb on the sub to harvest them. Up with that I will not put

Macca, have you put your tree up yet? Assuming it hasn't fully lost its 'new car' smell? If so, let me know. My local Romanian car wash gives them away to their valued customers

Good man! The trouble with taking the decorations down, is finding somewhere to store it all until next year, as I'm sure you'll appreciate

At work they sent someone out to buy an xmas tree for the office. They got some baubles too but wanted tinsel. I went in the warehouse to look for some and found about six trees still in the boxes.

Someone made an 'angel' for the top, supposed to be holding a wand but it looks like a lit cigarette.

Next year your warehouse will have seven trees stored away. And some silly sod will be out shopping for tree no.8.

Anita bought a new tree on Friday, as I gave her so much shit about the old one putting a light scratch on the side of one of the speakers. The new one is super-slim, not so much a tree, more like a glittery mast.

We had a spell of not bothering, then granddaughter came along... I don't get involved (I'd be doing it wrong anyway), it's all Mrs. P. Tbh I can't be doing with all the clutter, but it's only a couple of weeks. Then we can go back to the year-round clutter.

Bought one of these last week. Wonderful machine, does all sorts of things.

So I thought I would explore its abilities with a couple of slices of toast with lime marmalade.
