    Default RCA Cable size?

Does anybody know what size cable the clip on the bottom of the arm base will take?

The standard clamp is pretty much maxed out with stock cable, you'll need to manufacture a clamp if your going cable with thicker insulation also if your upping the core size the soldering becomes a tad interesting. Good luck.

    Thanks.
I have binned the cable clamp, and gone with a 3D printed RCA box.

I now I have binned the 3D printed box, and fitted a Precision Sound Lab RCA adapter, from which I removed the RCA sockets, drilled out the holes and fitted my WBT RCA connectors.

It makes no difference sonically, but is a much better made product, and is securely fixed to the bottom of my SL1200, unlike the push fit 3D printed box.
