I don't understand who they have advising them. I mean first you have those two idiots advising May to call a snap election when it was obvious to any fool that it was a bad time. Then you've got these 'get togethers' at No 10 and now it's Sunak's wife doing tax avoidance.

Why are the advisors not saying 'There's a lockdown on Mr J having a birthday bash is not a good move'. Or 'Tax avoidance looks bad especially when your married to the Chancellor. Just pay the fucking tax, you're loaded anyway so what does it matter?'

Or maybe they do say that and they just ignore them? I really don't know.

What the fuck do they do with all those millions, every year, it's puzzling. Surely they'll never spend it, their kids and their grand kids will just keep getting richer and richer.

I don't know Mike. Their lives are so far removed from mine that I can't even begin to speculate. I had that kind of cash I'd be living anonymously and luxuriously out in the Caribbean rather than getting all the aggravation of being in the government. People are strange.

I wonder what % of rich kids go on to develop heroin habits.

I've researched this and the answer is 41.1%. But we have no idea what these kids have to go through emotionally, so shouldn't judge. For example, a huge 1% of these addicts told us their problems began when they were told they couldn't change their yacht just because it was moored in the wrong place.

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

"You don't have free will. You have the appearance of free will.”

“There's a war out there, old friend. A world war. And it's not about who's got the most bullets. It's about who controls the information. What we see and hear, how we work, what we think... it's all about the information!”

It's one thing rich kids share with dole kids, hours of free time. One goes yachting, another sits by the local shops begging. I'll get me coat.
