"no need to panic buy fuel" according to the government. You'll still have to queue for ages at the remaining petrol stations that are still open and now rationing their last dregs of fuel, but just don't panic!

Are the petrol stations that are closing switching off their electric charging points? Bet they are, that'll be a double whammy!

Think I'll get my bicycle out!
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

another situation where reverse psychology should have been employed. If the Gov had said 'Everyone needs to go out and panic buy fuel' no-one would have gone near the filling stations for weeks.

Same as in lockdown 'Everyone stay in your houses' - I walk past the park, it's jammed with people. Went past the park the other day, lovely weather, hardly anyone in there.
    Current Lash Up:

    TEAC VRDS 701T > Sony TAE1000ESD > Krell KSA50S > Troels Gravesen Faital 3WC-15.

Message to everyone out there: don't club together and buy Piggurs some JBL K2s - he wouldn't appreciate it so don't waste your money

Lol - indeed. It's situations like this that simply reinforces the reasons why not to join the 'electric revolution'

As for fuel, I'lve got enough in the Brabster to last me 2 weeks, when this nonsense will be over, and Del can walk to work. Still no evidence of food shortages here, and if there are, we've got plenty in to last us a month, especially with deliveries of essentials from the dairy every 2 days.

So we'll just be sitting back and giggling at all the madness!!

Lol - unlikely by Wednesday, when this shite should be over. If not, then we'll sort something out. The farm shop is only 10 mins away, which sells the same stuff, and which none of the plebs use, thus will be blissfully free of panic-buyers!

Probably won't be free of folk when they can't get their stuff from the supermarkets. Us plebs are a resourceful bunch, and not averse to using some of our hoarded fuel to get us to farm shops
