Was thinking if it's both channels then it may be the pre. Failing that the odds on both channels of power amp going at same time and doing same thing are remote. That would go back to psu.. Maybe..

It was fine for about 70 minutes so can't be cables or connections, it must be something caused by warm-up otherwise would have started right from the off.
