Just not my type of thing, dude. I'd be bored rigid well before I 'got' the message you wanted.

I think it's safe to say that no-one has ever gone into politics for 'the right reasons', in fact that's a tautology.
So what does one get into politics for? Simply an ego trip? If I were interested in becoming an MP, that would be my motivation [championing good, honest values], and fighting for human rights, exposing corruption/the shady underhand deeds of the establishment, and protecting the best interests of the common man.

Instead I've chosen to be (or if necessary become) a modern day Citizen Smith! Freedom fighter

I love that you think Corbyn was a libertarian. Not sure exactly what he was but I would say pretty close to Marxist/Trotskyite which is pretty much diametrically opposed to libertarianism, and is all about controlling the minutiae of people's lives, not only what they are allowed do, but what they are allowed to say and think.
Well, he's certainly deadly opposed to the proposed 'Covid ID cards', and anti-establishment, much like I believe is his elder son, and one of the reasons why he was the victim of a smear campaign by said establishment during the last election. He's also a pacifist/anti-nuclear guy, both of which I thoroughly approve of.

Thing is in England we don't have a classless society like they do in other countries, in England doors are always open to people who went to the right school and are related to the right people, complete idiots roll out of Eaton straight into a top uni, scrape through a piss pot degree course then land a 6 figure job in a top firm, these people can literally get away with murder, the rest of us can think we can climb this ladder but it will always be closed to us regardless of what we've attained

My point is why say/do things that appear to be incompatible with your supposedly true self, which (apparently), in terms of covert fascist BJ-boy, is that of a libertarian? That was certainly the image he portrayed throughout his political life until now.

You only do that if you're a two-faced disingenuous bastard, which of course he is. A genuine person stays true to himself and his core values, and that defo ain't the bigoted covert fascist we're discussing!

Marco [utterly DESPISES, beyond words, disingenuous two-faced bastards, and of course bigoted fascists, covert or otherwise].
They're all the same Marco...Lie through their teeth.. I'll do this and I'l do that..we will make Britain great again..blah blah blah... till they get to the top, where they want to be...Then they reveal their true selves...a bit like the Chimpanzee...it looks at you all doe eyed with a nice smile, (Tony Blair)) to draw you in...then, when you are within arms length it's got you... it then smashes your brains in and eats you...

God help us then... What happened to getting into politics for the RIGHT REASONS (to do good) and to fight for what is right; the values you believe in and stand for - do such noble traits no longer exist? Is the whole thing simply a seedy quagmire of selfishness and corruption?

No wonder I rarely vote these days.

Exactly this...They don't give a flying fuck...they are filling their pockets now...living the life..I'm alright Jack, fuck you, your family, your dog and all future generations...I'll be dead and gone...wankers..

It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
