Mine is 7.75" normally, but it's getting closer to 8" now as I'm using the Cross Trainer very regularly. When I start circuit training too it'll probably go up further.

Can sometimes get away with 230mm but is very tight. Did a lot of lifting when younger for work.
Hands are broad too for slipping over.
